Why do you change jobs every year or
so ?
Mobility is a good thing (as long as the market has enough steam to
support it).
By enabling It facilitates adoption of a broader view on business
organization,
Changing jobs is the most common way employees can increase their
incomes.
I like the idea of relying on my positioning in the market for my
income security.
Changing jobs is one of the main ways an adult emigrant can learn
about his new country and meet new people.
In small or mid-sized companies where I started my working life in
prepress oportunities for professional developement are limited. These
were not growing companies, they were stagnant. After learning
what one could learn
the way forward was to seek a new position outside. Most of the places
I used to work at have since ceased to exist. In the event
of the demise of a business one is better prepared to find a new job if
one has aquired numerous skills relating to operating variety of
types of systems.
Why do you think you would be a good
ad approval coordinator ?
I have the skills necessary for successfull fullfilment of the job's
duties. I have been performing the tasks required by this
position for many years. Preflight has always been part of my job. I
have developed the habits conducive to effective work.
They have become me my second nature.
I have an "eagle's" eye for possible pitfalls accompaning particular
designs.
I able capable of recognizing tha essential concept behind a graphic
piece work and identify the technical requirements for proper execution
of thet concept in the manufacturing process.
If something goes wrong I'm not satisfied with mere redoing of the
task, but try to come up with an answer to the question: how did
it come to that ? How could that occurence be prevented ? How
could SOP be modified , so this will not happen in the future ?
Among the things I've done was comunication with the authors of the
design regarding the issues that I've discovered with their work. I
have practically always succeded in resolving the issues in an amicable
manner, avoiding the traps of condescending attitude manifesting itself
in acusatory tone of voice.
I can be diplomatic. My coworkers entrusted me the contact with their
customers.
Why do you want to work at Google ?
Because I belive it's a company that needs inteligent, thinking people.
Because I think I would myself in a company of such people, whichcould
be fun and beneficial.
Because its an affluent modern, growing, developing, technology-based,
innovation-based company. Possibly one of the brightest spots on the
American economic landscape.
I'm hoping that I would be listened to there.
Google might be the company which may make use of my tendency to
analyze business processes within my sight with a outlook to find ways
to
make improvements, make those processes more efficient.
Google is an interesting case of business to study.
Maybe I'l get
It's an engineering-centered company, and I feel certain affinity for
that type. Maybe I will manage to get infected with their justified
optimism.
