Why do you change jobs every year or so ?

Mobility is a good thing (as long as the market has enough steam to support it).
By enabling It facilitates adoption of a broader view on business organization,
Changing jobs is the most common way employees can increase their incomes.
I like the idea of relying on my positioning in the market for my income security.
Changing jobs is one of the main ways an adult emigrant can learn about his  new country and meet new people.
In small or mid-sized companies where I started my working life in prepress oportunities for professional developement are limited. These were not growing companies, they were stagnant.  After learning what one could learn the way forward was to seek a new position outside. Most of the places I used to work at have since ceased to exist. In the event of the demise of a business one is better prepared to find a new job if one has aquired numerous skills relating to operating variety of  types of  systems.

Why do you think you would be a good ad approval coordinator ?

I have the skills necessary for successfull fullfilment of the job's duties.  I have been performing the tasks required by this position for many years. Preflight has always been part of my job. I have developed the habits conducive to effective work.
They have become me my second nature.
I have an "eagle's" eye for possible pitfalls accompaning particular designs.
I able capable of recognizing tha essential concept behind a graphic piece work and identify the technical requirements for proper execution of thet concept in the manufacturing process.
If something goes wrong I'm not satisfied with mere redoing of the task, but try to come up with an answer to the question:  how did it come to that  ? How could that occurence be prevented ? How could SOP be modified , so this will not happen in the future ?
Among the things I've done was comunication with the authors of the design regarding the issues that I've discovered with their work. I have practically always succeded in resolving the issues in an amicable manner, avoiding the traps of condescending attitude manifesting itself in acusatory tone of voice.
I can be diplomatic. My coworkers entrusted me the contact with their customers.


Why do you want to work at Google ?
Because I belive it's a company that needs inteligent, thinking people.
Because I think I would myself in a company of such people, whichcould be fun and beneficial.
Because its an affluent modern, growing, developing, technology-based, innovation-based company. Possibly one of the brightest spots on the American economic landscape.
I'm hoping that I would be listened to there.
Google might be the company which may make use of my tendency to analyze business processes within my sight with a outlook to find ways to make improvements, make those processes more efficient.
Google is an interesting case of business to study.
Maybe I'l get
It's an engineering-centered company, and I feel certain affinity for that type. Maybe I will manage to get infected with their justified optimism.
